Tio Pepe, extra dry, kosher

Aged using the Solera system for over four years, our fino is a pale, straw-coloured wine, with a delicate and sharp bouquet, without acidity and very dry and light on the palate. It is best served chilled between 4 and 7°C. It goes beautifully withtapas, seafood, fish, ham and mild cheese.
