Produced in the cellars of what once was Saint Nicaise abbey (13th century) in Reims, Comtes de Champagne Rosé receives lavish care and attention. – blend of 70% Pinot Noir (100% Grands Crus, of which 12% is red wine and 30% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (100% Grands Crus)) – only wine from the first press is used – produced only when the harvest is of exceptional quality – aged for almost 10 years
