Jean-Claude Boisset, Chardonnay, Les Ursulines, Bourgogne, AOC, dry, red

The heart of Maison Jean-Claude Boisset founded in 1961 beats in Nuits Saint Georges more precisely in the Ursulines winery, a former convent amild vines and gardens. The philosophy of Maison Jean-Claude Boisset is to allow nature to express itself. Les Ursulines is where the family’s history, experience and how-how all come together. Beneath the vaulted ceiling, energy is concentrated and grapes are transformed. The resulting wines exhibit an elegance and finesse that is the signature of the Maison Jean-Claude Boisset ”terrestrial and celestial”.
