Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the Diplomat Supply platform or opening a tax-exempt account.
1. Introduction & Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the Diplomat Supply platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us"). By registering an account, placing an order, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
The Platform operates exclusively as a B2B and institutional supplier for the diplomatic community across the European Union. We do not provide services or retail sales to the general public.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Access to tax-exempt pricing and restricted categories (e.g., spirits, tobacco) is strictly limited to:
- Accredited diplomatic and consular personnel.
- Official embassies, consulates, and recognized international organizations.
- Members of NATO armed forces stationed within the EU.
We reserve the right to request official documentation (e.g., diplomatic ID, mission endorsement) to verify your status. Accounts found to be providing false information will be permanently suspended, and relevant authorities may be notified.
3. Tax Exemptions & Pricing
All prices displayed for logged-in, verified users are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Excise duties, in accordance with Article 151 of the EU VAT Directive (2006/112/EC).
Compliance Warning: The purchaser bears ultimate responsibility for ensuring their purchases fall within the legal quotas and regulations established by their host country. If a tax exemption certificate is rejected by local authorities, Diplomat Supply reserves the right to invoice the purchaser for the outstanding tax amounts.
4. Orders & Fulfillment
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, particularly if exemption documentation is incomplete or if requested quantities exceed plausible institutional or personal quotas.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Diplomat Supply utilizes specialized logistics networks to ensure secure transit, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs processing or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Liability
Due to the nature of consumable goods and strict tracking of tax-exempt products, all sales of spirits, tobacco, and cosmetics are final once dispatched, unless the product is proven defective upon arrival. For detailed procedures, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the total purchase price of the goods in question.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union directives. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vilnius, Lithuania.
